Dan Dowdy, P.E.

Mr. Dowdy has over 13 years of diverse technical, field, and management experience in the environmental consulting field. This experience has included the areas of project management, environmental investigations, soil and groundwater remediation from initial engineering design through closure including: pilot testing, permitting services, equipment procurements, construction implementation, equipment start-up and operation. He also has extensive experience in equipment specification and installation, operation and maintenance, monitoring, and regulatory compliance for refineries, bulk-fuel terminals, and retail service stations. He also has experience with client outsourcing services including, RFP preparation, contractor screening, and technical report preparation.

Robert Kalweit, P.E.

Mr. Kalweit has 20 years experience in engineering with cross-functional skill sets in Chemical, Electrical and Environmental Engineering. He specializes in Air Quality Permitting/Services and has broad range of experience managing environmental and facility engineering projects. His background experience includes air permitting, source testing, ambient air monitoring as a Director of Air Quality Service for an environmental firm, as well as project management, process engineering, construction management and business development over the past two decades. He has performed environmental engineering consultant work including feasibility studies, process optimization and industrial ventilation.

Tom Prevost

Mr. Prevost has over 15 years of environmental engineering, agricultural sciences, and project management experience. Mr. Prevost's work experience includes environmental remedial system design, installation, and management, subcontractor oversight, property transaction and substantive compliance assessments, and site investigation activities. Mr. Prevost has completed and delivered Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plans in addition to providing ongoing technical assistance for approximately 60 dairies throughout California. Mr. Prevost has completed Nutrient Management Planning for California, Arizona, and national certification in the U.S.

Matthew C. Sutton, P.E.

Mr. Sutton is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California with over 15 years of project management and engineering experience in the environmental consulting and engineering fields. He has acted as manager or project engineer on a wide variety of projects including: remedial investigations/feasibility studies (RI/FS), remedial systems design, construction, and operation using both proven and innovative technologies, air emissions permitting and compliance, hazardous waste and materials management, NPDES permitting and compliance, storm water pollution prevention plan preparation, field oversight of remedial actions, and development and implementation of QA/QC project plans. He is currently the program manager for site restoration programs at a group of former machinery manufacturing sites in the northeast.
