Walter A. Morales, P.E.

Mr. Morales is a licensed engineer in the State of California with over 11 years of professional engineering experience. His expertise includes engineering design and project management. Typical assignments have included analysis, design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, project scheduling, and construction management. He has experience in preparing construction and engineering bids and proposals. His experience includes design, construction, and operation and maintenance of in-situ and ex-situ remediation systems for treatment of hazardous waste-impacted soils and groundwater including air-sparging, chemical oxidation, bioremediation, soil vapor and dual phase extraction. He has hands-on experience in designing and preparing plans and specifications for landfill gas control systems and underground and aboveground vehicle fueling systems. He has also prepared stormwater management plans including SWPPP and SUSMP, spill prevention plans including SPCC plans, and AST certifications for wastewater treatment facilities operating under Permit-by-rule (PBR) regulations.

Daniel Swensson, P.G.

Mr. Swensson has more than 16 years of experience in environmental consulting with both large and small companies. He is a California Professional Geologist experienced in planning and conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental assessment investigations and groundwater evaluations at a variety of impacted sites for both commercial and government clients. He has worked on projects for sites impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons, MTBE, VOCs, metals, radionuclides, PCBs, pesticides and herbicides, perchlorate, and other contaminants.

Kirsten L. Duey

Ms. Duey is a chemical engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in both the environmental and industrial engineering fields. Ms. Duey has designed soil and groundwater remediation systems and well as large-scale process systems for refineries, chemical plants, mining facilities, and biotech plants. Ms. Duey has experience and is responsible for activities throughout all phases of engineering projects, feasibility studies, initial pilot testing and remedial design, regulatory permitting, system start-up and operation, through site closure. Ms. Duey has worked for numerous clients including Tosco Refining Company, Teichert Aggregates, World Oil, Safety-Kleen Corp., Criterion Catalysts, Phillips Petroleum, Kvaerner, Rhodia, and Immunex Corporation.
