Administrative Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all administrative aspects of proposal or report development and printing.
  • Prepare monthly reports, client reports, marketing documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Able to format and edit large documents.
  • Answer phones, manage client requests, take messages, and make travel arrangements.
  • Requires a great deal of interaction with management, clients and employees, including maintaining communications with traveling employees.
  • Must be adaptable to ever-changing priorities/tasks.
  • Requires a flexible schedule to accommodate possible last minute notice of overtime.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (some college or secretarial schooling preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Professional and clear communication skills for employee and client interaction.

 

Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering, procurement, construction projects in the refinery and petrochemicals industry.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree required
  • PE license preferred
  • Minimum experience of 15 years as Project Manager/Project Engineer

Professional office environment requiring heavy interaction with employees, clients, and vendors/subcontractors.

 

Project Geologist/Hydrogeologist/Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Site investigation
  • Supervision of sub contractors
  • Report writing, permitting, and knowledge of state and local regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Geology, Geologic Science, Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, or Engineering required
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years environmental experience
  • Experience managing site investigation, remediation, operations and maintenance, monitoring and site closure for underground storage tank (UST) and other environmental sites
  • Must be familiar with California regulations
  • Must be able to write winning proposals
  • Strong client-interaction skills
  • Strong project management skill
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, including clients, junior and senior staff, managers, regulators, subcontractors and other staff as needed
  • Ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Must be computer literate

 

Staff Geologist/Scientist/Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Field work including drilling and sample collection, well installation data analysis and report preparation

Requirements

  • BS Geology, Hydrology, Environmental Science or other related Technical degree
  • 0-1 year of cumulative experience with completed degree
