Project Description: The Source Group has been, and continues to be, retained to provide remedial alternative evaluations and cost models for two major insurance carriers as part of claim's negotiation/settlement and to support environmental insurance underwriting due diligence for insurance back remediation programs.

Over the last four years alone, we have completed over 25 evaluations and cost models. Sites evaluated include rail hubs, wood treatment plants, marine terminals and shipyards, sites with soil and groundwater sites contaminated with VOCs, metals, petroleum hydrocarbons and landfills.

Results: These evaluations require typically rapid turnarounds (sometimes numbering in days) in support of settlement negotiations or to provide information critical to accurately assessing risk and establishing realistic and competitive premiums for environmental insurance products. The Source Group has completed every project on time and within budget.
