Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Property Development Projects
San Francisco Bay Area

Project Description: The Source Group conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in support of two residential property development projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. The properties totaled over 75 acres and were formerly used for agricultural and semi-industrial purposes. All work was conducted in accordance with ASTM E 1527-00 environmental site assessment standards.

Results: Both projects required rapid turnarounds and we were able to complete field surveys, historical and background research and report submittal in two weeks.
