Facility Closure Plans

The Source Group's professionals have prepared facility Closure Plans for over 20 years, all designed to meet the requirements of state and Federal agencies including Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR).

Facility Closure Plans include: Perform facility reviews, identify permitted and non permitted hazardous materials processing and waste management units, identify methods and procedures for unit closure, negotiate cleanup requirements, secure permits, establish demolition, decontamination and disposal protocol, perform additional site characterization activities as required for closure.
