Along with our in-house engineering contracting and construction capabilities, The Source Group utilizes a network of proven construction and specialty contractors to provide turn key remedial construction services. All construction projects receive direct supervision from one of our qualified field managers.

Occasionally, our clients find greater benefit in contracting both The Source Group and the other services directly. Under these circumstances, we can function as the lead oversight contractor supervising the other elements of the program.

The Source Group can provide management oversight of the bidding, project construction, health and safety, and contractor invoicing. We utilize proven project controls to ensure remedial construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Combined with the application of practical remedial approaches, this method has proven to save our clients time and money.
