Project Description: The Source Group experts provided a detailed analysis of site operational history information in combination with site environmental data enabling development of technical arguments regarding the timing of significant releases and the subsequent relationship of these releases to estimated remedial costs.

Technical arguments were presented within the context of a technical round table consisting of experts and legal counsel from all involved parties. Additional support included developing and presenting arguments in a public forum to the oversight board.

Results: As a result of analysis conducted and arguments developed and presented, the client was removed from the cleanup order and all liability future costs.
