Project Description: The Source Group provided expert support related to the evaluation of remedial actions for technical efficacy and cost efficiency. Based on review of historical information in combination with the evaluation of remedial actions, strategies for environmental cost allocation among numerous parties were developed and presented at a mediation conference. Project support continued to completion of cost settlement.

Results: The Source Group's client was able to settle with the other responsible parties for an equitable amount and remove themselves from any future cost liability.
